Teen Late Night Halloween Costume Party

On Friday, October 24th, the Hagerstown Public Library will be hosting a Teen Late Night Halloween Costume Party for those age 12 – 19 yr old. This event will start at 7:00 p.m. and finish at 11:00 p.m. A variety of activities, crafts, food and drinks will be provided and movies will be shown.

Costumes awards will be given for 4 categories: Most Creative, Scariest, Cutest & Funniest. There will also be a popular-choice award given.

To attend this event, please have a parent or guardian fill out a registration form and return it to the library by the beginning of the event.  Registration forms can be picked up at the circulation desk in the library. All participants MUST have a signed permission slip to serve as registration.

Attendees must be at the library by 7:00 p.m. and must stay until 11:00 p.m.   Arrivals after 7:15 p.m. will not be admitted without prior permission in case of employment or school function.  Individuals may only leave early with written permission from their parent or guardian. Participants leaving early will not be allowed to re-enter the event.
