Take Pause – Monthly Discussion Group

Perimenopause & Menopause – two words that cause some to laugh, some to cringe and some to breath a sigh of relief that they are “done with that”, but it’s something that affects every woman on this planet at some point in her life. So join us at the Hagerstown Public Library for a special screening of the documentary “The M Factor” followed by a roundtable chat. Subsequent meetings will be a monthly discussion group that meets on the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 6pm.
